2. Sales volume

From the perspective of sales volume, the overall retail volume of wall-mounted boilers in my country showed an upward trend. Among them, sales volume in 2021 increased rapidly, with a growth rate of 39.7%. In 2022, sales volume was 1.037 million units, and sales volume fell back.

3. Sales channels

In terms of sales channels, the sales channels for the whole year of 2022 were mainly offline retail, and online channels increased in the first and fourth quarters.

4. Price distribution

From the perspective of price distribution, except for 35KW wall-mounted boilers, the average online price of wall-mounted boilers in my country is generally lower than the offline average price, among which the average price of 20KW wall-mounted boilers is the lowest.

5. Retail structure

From the perspective of retail structure, the retail sales of 24KW wall-mounted boilers in my country's wall-mounted boilers accounted for the highest proportion in all channels, and 18KW sales accounted for the lowest proportion.

6. Market Segmentation

Condensing wall-mounted boilers are an important category in the wall-mounted boiler market. The retail share of condensing wall-mounted boilers in both online and offline channels has increased, and the retail sales in online channels are higher.

Competition pattern of gas wall-mounted boiler brands

1. Industry concentration

From the perspective of industry concentration, the concentration of the wall-mounted boiler industry has increased, thanks to the rapid development of the e-commerce industry in recent years, which has promoted the accelerated layout of wall-mounted boiler brands in the online market. The industry concentration of the top 10 online brands is 83.3%, and the top 3 accounts for only 38.1%, with a low market share of the top brands.

Development trend of gas wall-mounted boiler industry

1. There is a large space for digging in the southern market

Data shows that benefiting from the previous coal-to-gas policy drive, the wall-mounted boiler industry has ushered in a leapfrog growth. Driven by the policy dividend, the production and sales of wall-mounted boilers in my country have soared. However, with the end of the coal-to-gas policy, coupled with the influence of internal and external factors such as special circumstances, the wall-mounted boiler industry has been under pressure, the market performance has been weak, and the shipment scale has dropped sharply. However, in the retail channel, in addition to the northern market, there is actually still a lot of room for digging in the southern market. With the increasing demand for heating in the south, the heating market is also expanding rapidly. According to statistics, it is estimated that by 2030, the number of heating users in the south will reach 65.77 million households, and the number of regional heating users will reach 32.46 million households.

2. Benefiting from the consumption promotion boom

In the consumer market, as the epidemic prevention and control enters a new stage, consumption vitality is expected to surge again. The State Council's policy points out that it is necessary to promote the construction of barrier-free facilities, promote home decoration consumption, increase smart home appliance consumption, and promote the development of digital families.
