Besides, the longest moving walk in China (length of 123.84m, speed of 0.5m/s) is now serving in China Coal Energy Company Limited, which is authorized by Guinness and also designed and produced by Sicher Elevator Co., Ltd. This elevator is waterproof, anti-explosion, anti-corrosion, and has been working over 1 year in good condition.
However, Sicher Elevator hadn’t endeavored to the special elevator industry since the very beginning.

Normal elevator cann’t run in good condition in special environment, such as in high humidity atmosphere. But waterproof, anti-corrosion elevators which can run smoothly in special environment are largely needed in the mining industry. It is reported that there are more than 260 mining enterprises in China, and most of them are in the need of mine elevators to solve the transportation to the underground. In 2007, in order to introduce new technology, Huzhou United Elevator Co., Ltd., the former of Sicher Elevator Co., Ltd., jointed with Rhein Aufzug GmbH. The jointed new company under the name of Rhine Lift (China) Co., Ltd. marches on the development in the special elevator industry.
In 2012, a new factory covering 147,600 square meters put into use. It owns manufacturing center, R &D center, customer service center, along with elevator testing tower about 108 metrs height, 8.0m/s running speed.
