Electric Flat Car Usage

This article will lead everyone to understand how to use an electric flat car correctly. The electric transfer cart is a material transportation equipment that can provide transportation efficiency and production efficiency for factories. So during use, how to use the trackless vehicle correctly and what precautions should be taken. Please refer to the following.

1. Installation

1. The environment in which the DWP battery transfer cart operates requires a flat ground. No debris or potholes are allowed on the ground, especially continuous potholes or sharp objects.

2. When using, turn on the main power switch in sequence, and then press and hold the corresponding running direction button to run the flat car. Release the button to stop the flat car.

3. Turn off all switches and power supply when not in use. If it is not used for a long time, the battery should be charged and discharged regularly.

2. Use

1. Things to note during use:

2. When charging, all switches should be turned off and the key should be pulled out. Check whether the ventilation hole of the battery cover is clear. Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the charging area.

3. Check the electrolyte level in the battery every week (it should be 15-30mm higher than the protective sheet). If it is lower than the level, add steamed water to adjust the level (except for maintenance-free batteries and lithium batteries).

4. The running distance on a single charge is 4-5km, and it can be used for about 3-5 days under normal working conditions.

5. Follow the principle of placing it lightly and then charging it. We recommend charging it every 2 days in the evening when the flatbed is not in use. Try not to wait for all the power to be used up before recharging, otherwise the battery life will be shortened.

6. Both overcharging and undercharging of the battery will damage the battery life and reduce the performance.

7. When the battery is not used for a long time, it should be fully charged and stored in a dry and cool place, and recharged every two months.

3. Usage process

1. Before the first use, the electric flat car should be properly placed on the ground, and all connection parts, including the connection fasteners of the electrical part, should be checked for looseness. If there is any looseness, please tighten it.

2. Open the on-board electrical control cabinet, disconnect the power switch, and turn on the power.

3. The first use should be tested without load. The specific operation method is as follows

--Open the protective door of the electrical box.

---Turn on the switch of the electrical box and release the emergency stop button (clockwise rotation). The street light and the power meter on the electrical box display, turn the conversion switch to the handle or remote control position.

--Close the protective door of the electrical box, open the handle placement box, and take out the handle or remote control.

-A: Handle operation: Turn the conversion switch on the control box to the handle position, rotate the emergency stop switch (clockwise rotation), pull out the emergency stop button, and then press the switch button on the handle. At this time, the signal is connected. "Front" means the flat car goes straight forward, and pressing "Front" and "Left" at the same time means the flat car turns left when going straight forward. Pressing ‘front’ and ‘right’ at the same time means the transfer car will turn right when it is going straight forward. ‘Back’ means the transfer car will go straight backward, and pressing ‘back’ and ‘left’ at the same time means the transfer car will turn left when it is going straight backward. Pressing ‘back’ and ‘right’ at the same time means the transfer car will turn right when it is going straight backward. “Left return” means when the wheels turn left, press the return button, the wheels will automatically return to straightness, and can run in a straight line. “Right return” means when the wheels turn right, press the return button, the wheels will automatically return to straightness, and can run in a straight line. The transfer car can only be driven forward and backward after it stops completely. It is strictly forbidden to run in the opposite direction when the transfer car is not stopped. If it is a differential battery transfer cart, there is an in-situ rotation button, which can be rotated left or right.

Raising operation: Press the raising button to automatically raise the transfer car, and press the lowering button to automatically lower the transfer car. It is forbidden to run the transfer car forward and backward when the transfer car is being raised or lowered. It is strictly forbidden to stand under the transfer car when the transfer car is being raised or lowered.

B: Remote control operation: Turn the switch on the control box to the remote control position, press the start button, pull out the emergency stop button of the remote control, and then press the switch button on the remote control. At this time, the signal is connected.

‘Front’ means the transfer car goes straight forward. Press ‘front’ and ‘left’ at the same time to turn left when the transfer car goes straight forward. Press ‘front’ and ‘right’ at the same time to turn right when the transfer car goes straight forward. ‘Back’ means the transfer car goes straight backward. Press ‘back’ and ‘left’ at the same time to turn left when the transfer car goes straight backward. Press ‘back’ and ‘right’ at the same time to turn right when the transfer car goes straight backward. “Left return” means when the wheel turns left, press return, the wheel automatically returns to straighten, and it can run in a straight line. “Right return” means when the wheel turns right, press return, the wheel automatically returns to straighten, and it can run in a straight line. The transfer car can only drive forward and backward when it stops completely. It is strictly forbidden to run in the opposite direction when the transfer car is not stopped. If it is a differential car, there is an in-situ rotation button, which can rotate left or right.

Lifting operation: Press the lift button to automatically lift the battery transfer cart. Press the lower button to automatically lower the flat cart. It is forbidden to move the flat cart forward or backward when the flat cart is lifted or lowered. It is strictly forbidden to stand under the flat cart when the flat cart is lifted or lowered.

Speed adjustment: There is a speed adjustment knob on the control box. After the operation is completed, press the stop button on the handle or remote control in turn, press the emergency stop and power switch on the control box again, and close the protective door.

Note: The handle and remote control cannot control the operation of the flat cart at the same time.

Warm Tips: For operational safety and the service life of the battery transfer cart, please follow the operating instructions.
