Function
Remove water: In the PCB production process, the circuit board may need to go through cleaning, welding or other wetting processes, then you need to use absorbent cotton to absorb excess water to avoid moisture residue affecting the quality of the circuit board.
Protect the surface of the circuit board: While absorbing water, absorbent cotton can reduce friction and damage to the surface of the circuit board, avoiding scratches or other physical damage during the cleaning process.
Improve production efficiency: Absorbent cotton can quickly absorb moisture, reduce drying time, and improve the efficiency of the production line.
Feature
Absorbent: Absorbent cotton is usually made of superabsorbent materials such as microfibers, non-woven fabrics, etc., which can quickly absorb water and keep it difficult to drip.
Soft and dust-free: In order to avoid secondary pollution during cleaning, absorbent cotton must be kept soft and dust-free to avoid tiny fiber particles sticking to the circuit board.
High temperature resistance: Because the production process of the circuit board often involves heat treatment, the absorbent cotton needs to have a certain high temperature resistance to ensure that it will not be damaged or release harmful substances under heating conditions.
Usage
PCB cleaning: In the PCB production process, after the cleaning process, it is necessary to use absorbent cotton to quickly clean up the residual water.
Cleaning after welding: In the process of wave soldering, reflow welding, etc., there may be excess flux and moisture on the surface of the circuit board, and absorbent cotton can be used to wipe and clean.
Storage and transportation protection: During the storage and transportation of the circuit board, absorbent cotton can be used to absorb moisture and prevent short circuit or corrosion of the circuit board due to wet environment.
Selection criteria
Absorbent capacity: Select the right absorbent cotton according to the production needs to ensure that it can quickly and effectively absorb water.
Size and shape: According to the actual application needs, the size and shape of absorbent cotton may be different, generally in roll, sheet, strip and other forms.
Harmlessness: The absorbent cotton material is non-toxic and does not contain components that may damage the circuit board, such as heavy metals and chemical solvents.

Product introduction:
Sponges have good elasticity, water absorption rate of 8-10 times (self-weight), do not open glue, do not drop slag, solvent resistance and weak acid and alkali can be good, white and soft appearance, after special anti-mildew treatment, will not mold within 6 months.

Product Note:
No moisture PVA sponge is dry and hard. Soak the foam roller in water for more than 2 hours before use, and squeeze the foam roller internal hard block completely, squeeze out too much water and then install it on the machine (do not put the dry and hard PVA sponge roller directly on the machine).

- PVC Sponge Roller
Product introduction:
PVC sponge roller adopts advanced ultrafine continuous foaming technique in Japan, which is not easy to drop chips, has high tensile strength and is not easy to deform. Good drug resistance, for general organic solvents have chemical resistance, long-term exposure to acid and alkali solution is not easy to change.
Product Feature:
With high foaming density and continuous foaming technology, it has excellent acid and alkali resistance and durability. In the dry state can maintain elasticity and softness, and not dry hard, no need to add water moisturizing.
Product Note:

PO sponge roller adopts Japan's advanced ultrafine continuous foaming process. Polyurethane is used as raw material. Mainly used in circuit board, inner board, liquid crystal display and etc.

Corrosion resistance, no hardening, drug resistance, hydrophilicity.
Product Note:
After use, use a container (kettle) to pour tap water on the PO roller on the machine, and then squeeze the dirt on the PO sponge roller by hand. The roller does not need special water supply, will not dry in the state of no water, and will always maintain the roundness and elasticity of the roller appearance.
