Working Principle of Double Planet Vacuum Mixer
Stirrer movement: Double planetary stirrer rotates at the same time as the rotation, which makes the materials do complex movement in the kettle body, and subject to strong shearing and rubbing, so as to achieve the purpose of full dispersion and mixing.
Vacuum state: The vacuum pump inside the tank exhausts the air inside the tank to form a vacuum state, which avoids the interference of air on the mixing process and ensures the homogeneity of mixing.
Temperature control: The temperature in the kettle is monitored in real time by the temperature control probe, and then the temperature control jacket of the kettle body makes the kettle body implement mixing at a specific temperature. The temperature control jacket can be composed of electricity, steam, water, oil, refrigerant, etc., in order to realize cooling or heating.
Difference Between Single-arm and Gantry Type Double Planetary Vacuum Mixer
Structural design
Single-arm double-planet vacuum mixer: This kind of mixer usually has only one mixing arm, and the structure is relatively simple. It usually adopts a single planetary drive mechanism, and the mixing arm rotates at the same time as it rotates, which makes the mixing process more uniform and is suitable for mixing high-viscosity materials.
Gantry type double planetary vacuum mixer: This mixer has two mixing arms, similar to the structure of a gantry, hence the name.
