Structure Characteristics and Operating Principle

As shown in the picture above, the small chicken slaughter line is mainly composed of the main frame, the hanging conveyor (that is, we usually call the assembly line), the bleeding pool, the scalding pool, the A-type vertical hair removal machine, the eviscerating slide trough, and other related accessories.

1. General description

In the upper hanging area in the picture, the operator will hang the wool chicken on the hook of the hanging conveyor. When the wool chicken moves along the conveyor chain to the assassination area, the operator will assassinate and bleed the blood, and the blood drops to the blood collection pool below the bleeding line for collection.
After the completion of bleeding, the chickens continue to enter the scalding pool along the conveyor chain, and after a certain time and a certain water temperature, the chickens enter the dehairer for hair removal.
After the hair removal, the chicken carcass then enters the organs removal area along the conveyor chain, and the operator remove organs of chicken. The chicken carcass is removed from the chain by the operator and placed into relative container.
At this point, the slaughter of the chicken is complete.

2. The main equipment description

Bleeding pool: stainless steel products, mainly composed of bracket and pool body. The support adopts 38*2 square pipe and adjustable footing; The tank body is made of 1.5 thick steel plate and equipped with a blowdown valve.
Scalding pool: stainless steel products, straight through electric heating immersion ironing machine. Tank body plate thickness 2mm, vortex air pump aeration device. Automatic temperature and water control system.
A-type vertical hair removal machine: The equipment is made of stainless steel, the whole machine is detachable, easy to install and transport. The hair removal working box is suspended on the A-type bracket through the adjustment assembly of the box. There are two working boxes on the left and right of the coarse hair removal machine and three working boxes on the left and right of the precicion hair removal machine.
Eviscerating slide trough: stainless steel products. V-bottom. It is mainly composed of bracket and pool body. The support adopts 38*2 square pipe and adjustable footing; The pool body is made of 1.5 thick steel plate.
Hanging conveyor: that is, we usually call the killing and processing line. It is mainly composed of reducer, stainless steel T-rail, nylon slide frame, stainless steel chain, stainless steel hook, tensioner, guide wheel, suspension assembly, ramp relief, support device, electric control box and other related accessories. The speed of the reducer is controlled and adjusted by the frequency converter to obtain the appropriate speed of the conveyor chain to match the production beat.

Safe Use and Precautions

Before using the equipment, please read the equipment manual, understand the basic structure and working principle of the equipment, and use the equipment correctly; Avoid injury to operators and others. After reading, so that other operators can refer to it at any time, please place it in a prominent position and keep it properly.

Do not touch the equipment while it is running, which may cause injury to personnel.
Do not run the equipment while maintenance personnel are inspecting the equipment.
Before each shift, inject an appropriate amount of water into the immersion ironing machine and heat it to ensure that the water temperature meets the set requirements before the chicken enters the equipment.

1. Ensure that the power or main shaft rotation direction of the equipment is consistent with the marking.
2. When the equipment is in operation, do not touch or insert your hands into the equipment! Do not touch cables, wires, heating tubes, or other electrified or high-temperature devices! To avoid personal injury.
3. Non-professional personnel or those who have not received training are strictly prohibited from making any adjustments or operations on the equipment!
4. Before starting the equipment each shift, it is necessary to check whether all the fastening bolts of the equipment are loose; and whether there is any wear or jamming in the rotating parts.
5. The equipment should be maintained and serviced regularly.
6. If the equipment is damaged due to non-compliance with operating procedures or abnormal use, or due to other natural disasters beyond human control, it is not covered by our company's three guarantees. If our company is required to carry out repairs, corresponding fees will be charged as appropriate.

9. Friendly tips

10. Daily maintenance of equipment
