  • Upon supplier approval, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment account.
  • Complete all required fields and upload return proof.
  • The supplier will provide the return address once your request is accepted.

Steps to Confirm Return

Double-check your return details before submission. Entries are permanent and non-editable post-submission.

Once the returned goods arrive, the supplier will click "Confirm Return." The refund will then be credited to your account within 1–7 working days.

The supplier is required to confirm the refund within 30 working days upon receiving the returned goods.
